Heckmeck Extrawurm (Piko Piko Extrapiko) is an expansion to the dice game bestseller Heckmeck am Bratwurmeck (Pickomino) and can only be played together with the base game.

Following the popular rules of Heckmeck am Bratwurmeck, the goal in Extrawurm is still to roll as many valuable worm portions as possible at the chicken grill. Players select identical dice symbols from their roll and continue rolling with the remaining dice. If their final result matches the value of an available worm portion, they can take it or steal it from others.

The expansion introduces two new worms in the form of worm portions 11 and 13, along with seven roasted worms. The highlight of the expansion, however, is the addition of five "specialists" whose advantages players compete for through dice rolls. There's a hen that can protect your tasty morsels from loss and theft. A weasel allows players to undo certain rolls. A raven helps gather roasted worms. If a player struggles to roll the required worm, they can instead rely on the always-available canned worm. Equally valuable is the golden die, which increases the chances of rolling for the maximum number of worms.

Since each player can only have one specialist at a time and can lose it at any moment, a lively dice competition for the best worm portions unfolds at the grill.
